"I really wanted to like these, but..."
I really wanted to like these, but the designs are just way too loud for me. For the price, I guess I was expecting something a little more classy and easy to style, not shoes that feel kind of childish and hard to wear with regular outfits. Maybe they’re great if that’s your thing, but yeah, definitely not for me

I’ve been wearing it and overall I really like it. It’s comfortable and fits well, but it does run a little small, so I’d recommend sizing up if you’re between sizes

The shoes showed up in just a few days, so I really can't complain. The tracking worked fine the whole time, too. The box had a tiny dent, but it wasn't anything serious and the shoes were totally fine.

"Super cute, but the sizing felt a little snug"
I ordered these from Sophia Webster, they looked just like the photos — really and fun 😍 The design is adorable, and they definitely have that special “dress up an outfit” feel.
The only downside is the fit. I’m usually the same size across most brands, but these felt a bit small on me, especially around the toes. I can wear them for a short time, but they’re not the comfiest for walking around a lot. I’d probably size up next time 🙂

"I was excited when these arrived..."
I was excited when these arrived because they looked nice right out of the box, but that didn’t last long. The material felt cheaper than I expected, and the stitching was a little sloppy in a few spots. After only wearing them a handful of times, they already started looking worn out. I also reached out to support and got what felt like a copy-paste response that didn’t really help, which made the whole thing more frustrating. For the price, I definitely expected better

"Customer service left me exhausted"
I tried getting help with my order and it was just days of back and forth. Every reply felt like a copy-paste message, and no one actually seemed to fix anything or even understand the issue. By the end I was mentally drained and really frustrated, especially considering how much you spend. I don’t think I’d bother ordering again.

"Cute shoes, but a little pricey"
These shoes are really cute and I do like them, but I’m not sure they’re worth paying full price for. Anyway... if you can catch them on sale, they’d probably feel like a much better buy.

"Still waiting on my refund"
I sent the shoes back weeks ago, and somehow I’m still sitting here with no refund. Like, the return was done, the package was sent, and I keep checking my account because I could really use that money back. Customer service hasn’t been much help either, they just keep telling me to wait, which is frustrating because it already feels like I’ve waited long enough. The shoes didn’t work out, fine, that happens, but the refund part should not take this long.
